Scale for describing severity of trauma injuries:

  1. Minor
  2. Moderate
  3. Serious
  4. Severe
  5. Critical
  6. Unsurvivable

The scales are used to assign scores to various organ systems, e.g. the Injury severity score and other similar scores.[1][2] The scores are intended to identify severely injured patients and to help guide prognosis in trauma.[3] Some of the detailed scores are under license.[4]
