IV 1mg/kg body weight administered once every 2 weeks

Clinical Issues

IgG antibodies typically develop after 3 months. Immunologic tolerance can later develop.

Pharmacology

The mature glycosylated protein is composed of 2 subunits of 398 amino acids. Made in mammalian Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell culture.
