Durvalumab

Monoclonal antibody directed against PD-L1 which appears effective against a number of malignancies[1][2]. Its use after standard chemotherapy increases two year progression free survival in younger patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), by about 50% to close to 50%[3].
