Joints Affected
- All joints of the little finger
Origin
- Common extensor origin of the forearm
- Surrounding muscles via intermuscular septa
Insertion

Nerve Supply
Variations
- May have a slip from the lateral epicondyle of the radius
- Tendon may not divide
- May send a tendon to the ring finger
- Rarely absent
- Often completely fused with extensor digitorum
