Froment's test
From Ganfyd
A test for an ulnar nerve lesion. It is a test for the adductor pollicis muscle.
The patient attempts to grasp a piece of paper between the thumb and index finger. The examiner attempts to pull the paper away. If the patient is forced to flex the tip of the thumb to maintain their grip on the paper, then this is evidence of an ulnar nerve lesion and Froment's test is positive.
