Haemagglutinin genetic drift from data submitted up to 16th May in Swine influenza outbreak of 2009

A surface glycoprotein of the influenza virus. It is coded by RNA segment 4 and has receptor binding functions allowing membrane fusion of cell and virus to bring about infection.
