Interleukin-17 receptor A

The interleukin-17 receptor A is processed from a 866 amino acid peptide coded by the IL17RA gene at 22q11.22-q11.23. It is part of the receptor for interleukin-17A. Variations in the gene are associated with familial candidiasis type 5. It is targeted by brodalumab.
