  • Congenital prolonged QT interval

Cautions and Interactions

Other drugs of this class have been reported to block the analgesic actions of paracetamol (see Tropisetron)

Side effects

  • Constipation, hiccups.
  • Transient visual disturbance and dizziness after iv administration.
  • Hypotension and bradycardia rarely.
  • Arrhythmia
