I'm not a clinician although my expertise, I guess, is in supporting clinical decisions by supplying appropriate information. The two main avenues for this are clinical questions answering services (I run two) and a medical search engine (see links below). I'm also significantly involved in the DUETs project.
UPDATE: We have recently launched an alpha version of a web 2.0 application called Gwagle. Given the web 2.0 nature of both Ganfyd and Gwagle users of this site are particulalry welcome to volunteer to alpha test Gwagle!
